Job Description

As a strategic HR partner, you will be responsible for providing full-spectrum HR support to various business units. This includes talent acquisition, development, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance HR service delivery, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Lead or support HR projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
