
HR Strategic Partner

Our client is a well-established and reputable FMCG company in Singapore, known for their strong market presence and commitment to innovation and sustainability. As they continue to grow and evolve in a competitive landscape, they are seeking a highly skilled and strategic **HR Strategic Partner**to join their dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with the company’s vision, enhance organizational capabilities and foster a high-performance culture across the region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies effectively support business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to off-boarding.
- Oversee annual performance management processes, compensation and benefits reviews and succession planning.
- Coach and guide line managers to enhance leadership skills and foster employee engagement.
- Lead initiatives in employee engagement, HR activities, and employer branding to strengthen the company culture.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, including participation in career fairs, university hiring and internship or trainee programs.
- Drive and support HR-related change management projects as needed.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in HR business partnering in the FMCG sector.
- Strong expertise in compensation and benefits policies, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively support employees across all levels.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s Employment Act and income tax regulations.
