HR Strategic Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for contributing to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes.
You will support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy. This includes implementing appropriate employee training, facilitating long-term initiatives to align with the strategic agenda and developing and promoting feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
In addition, you will provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate, understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns. You will also review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives.
This role requires a degree holder with 8-10 years of relevant HR business partnering experience. You should have experience in managing collective agreements, ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy and ability to identify new ways for HR to support the business strategy.
You should be able to engage, inspire and influence people, possess analytical and effective team player skills, strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills. Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes such as workforce planning/analytic and talent management is required.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office suite is essential.
