Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of the Human Resource department, you will be responsible for partnering with business units to deliver and achieve business goals by taking a proactive and consultative approach in key human resource areas.

This includes maintaining good employee relations with line managers through dialogues, coaching, and counselling. You will also be responsible for managing the full life cycle of employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

Ensuring healthy staffing levels while partnering with hiring managers to provide resourcing needs and maintain strong working relationships is another key aspect of this role.

You will provide support and strategic inputs to line managers on matters relating to performance management, employee relations, manpower needs, and other HR-related issues.

Supporting the formulation, implementation, and operation of HR policies is also a crucial part of this role.

Collaborating with HR administrators to ensure good data hygiene and applying in-depth knowledge of HR programs & processes and legal/statutory requirements to day-to-day management of employees, resolving employee relations and operational issues, including interpretation of policies and guidelines.

Providing periodic reports for management to track strategic goal accomplishment is another key responsibility.

You will also be required to organize and execute employee engagement activities.

You will be required to possess a good degree with at least 2 years of relevant hands-on HR experience, especially in the area of HR business partnering and recruitment.

Hands-on experience in HRIS and HRSS work, as well as IHRP-certification, would be an advantage.
