The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement, provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels of our business, and manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business.

We are looking for someone who is excellent in communication and presentation skills, has experience working in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry, and possesses project management and influential stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role
  • Experience working in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry would be advantageous
