We are seeking a seasoned HR expert to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization, driving business growth through strategic human capital planning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll processing, budgeting, and compliance across multiple entities.
  • Design and deliver training programs to address capability gaps and drive continuous learning.
  • Foster a positive work culture by promoting company values and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company culture.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia employment laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, advisory, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
