Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating with payroll teams to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Leading or supporting HR projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
