Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional execution of HR programs, managing talent processes, and facilitating organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to align talent initiatives with business objectives, including implementation of enterprise programs, managing employee relations, and data-driven workforce planning.
  • Provide strategic HR leadership to optimize HR processes and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage talent processes, including recruitment, selection, and development of high-potential employees.
  • Develop and implement effective succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of key roles.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in human resources, preferably with experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Exceptional communication and advisory skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and influence decision-making.
  • Commercial acumen and a results-driven approach, with a proven track record of delivering strategic HR solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
