Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

The Human Resource Business Partner plays a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. They develop and implement people strategies that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Support managers in performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and action plans to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

The HR Business Partner works closely with finance teams to manage budget planning for manpower related costs and ensures compliance with employment laws, local regulations, and company policies for all compensation and benefits matters.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Compensation Management: Oversee salary structures, job grading, and incentive programs to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage benefits packages, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop retention strategies.
  • HR Operations: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, legally compliant, and aligned with best practices. Manage HR systems (HRIS) and ensure accurate workforce data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Centre of Excellence Leadership: Collaborate with HR COE teams on the implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance appraisal, employee engagement survey, and salary review exercise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with a strong HRBP focus and team management experience.
