Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

About the Role:

The Snr Vice President, HR Business Partner is a senior leadership position that plays a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, leading cross-functional teams to achieve high-performing culture, and fostering collaborative relationships with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement change management programs that support business transformations
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect by promoting awareness, training, and policy development
  • Analyze workforce data to inform talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of HR-related activities, compliance, and metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
