The role of the Strategic HR Partner is to support business leaders in achieving their objectives by providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR leadership in partnership with business leaders to drive strategic goals and develop end-to-end HR solutions.
  • Support the acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning processes for key roles.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and development plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in Compensation & Benefits, L&D, and HR Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics (e.g. attrition, engagement, diversity) to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Champion change management and support organisational transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and talent development frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed or regional environment is an advantage.
