Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will partner with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and improve employee engagement.

  • Understand the business and partner with them on HR-related matters, including employee engagement, case management, and performance management.
  • Strengthen retention by understanding attrition trends and reasons, and engaging various stakeholders.
  • Develop insightful presentations derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools.
  • Derive relevant insights from analysis and recommend enhancements to organisational HR practices, taking into consideration the business context and operating environment.
  • Provide HR coaching to people managers on effective leadership practices.
  • Work with COEs on people strategies discussed and liaise with COEs and cross-functional departments to implement and communicate strategies.
  • Co-create policies and provide feedback based on employee interaction.
  • Support building of effective people managers through designing content, sharing practices, statistics, and toolkits.
  • Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 5 years' experience as an HR generalist and 5 years' experience in HR Business Partner work.
  • Proven track records in stakeholder management and understanding of HR practices in local context, preferably in a unionised environment.
  • Attuned to business, as well as strong engagement, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of staff, and relating well with people.
  • Ability to analyse data and storytelling.
  • Possess critical thinking and excellent report writing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, analytical, resourceful, and possessing great problem-solving skills.
