Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our Human Capital policies and practices forward.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to deepen their HR career by driving various spectrums of HR, including Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, and Labour Relations.

This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who want to further their career trajectory, especially in a managerial capacity.

  • Partner with the HR Director to ensure progressive HR practices across all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Recruitment and Manpower Planning - Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Policy Development – Establish and/or review all HR policies and standards, ranging from salary structures, performance management, benefits, etc., and ensure they comply with all statutory regulations.
  • Culture and Employee Relations – Foster a culture that encapsulates our Values and Ethos.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 7 to 10 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to handle matters independently and exercise self-motivation to complete projects.
