Job DescriptionAmbitious Professional Sought for Human Resources Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced HR professional to contribute to various initiatives and projects. As a key member of our HR team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help drive business success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment support through effective job advertising and interview coordination. They will also provide seamless onboarding experiences by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics, develop orientations and maintain accurate records of new staff members, and maintain up-to-date employee records, database, and assist with day-to-day operations in the Unit 4 HR system.
In addition, the successful candidate will support the team in daily operational tasks and manage their performance effectively, assist in monthly payroll processing, generate attendance and headcount reports for department verification, and coordinate staff training and company events to foster a positive work environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have a minimum Diploma in Business/Human Resource or similar, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
