We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to support our organization with day-to-day operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection
    • Select and post job advertisements on professional platforms to attract top talent.
    • Evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates based on their skills and experience.
    • Collaborate with the hiring manager to schedule interviews and prepare relevant materials.
  • HR Administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and files.
    • Support the preparation of HR documents, contracts, and letters to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
    • Gather feedback from employees and assist in preparing reports on engagement initiatives.
  • Learning & Development
    • Cultivate training sessions to develop the skills of HR team members.
    • Monitor attendance and compile evaluation feedback to enhance training programs.
  • Compliance & Policy
    • Ensure adherence to HR policies and local labor laws by collaborating with the HR team.
    • Assist in internal audits and documentation checks to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • General Support
    • Participate in HR projects and provide administrative support as needed.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the HR team to ensure seamless operation.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR practices and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingsness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
