HR & Office Administrator Job

Our company seeks an experienced and detail-oriented HR and office administrator to join our team. This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR and office management functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR and office management functions, including tasks such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and leave management.
  • Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing, including calculation of employee overtime and verification of timesheets.
  • Employee Attendance: Track employee attendance and manage leave requests.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and purchase office supplies and pantry items as needed.
  • Contractor Liaison: Liaise with contractors or vendors for facility support activities.
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Diploma or NITEC in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and office administration, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Adaptability: Ability to start work within short notice will be advantageous.
