Job Title: HR Business Partner
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in providing strategic and operational support to the organization's HR functions, encompassing a wide range of tasks including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR Support and Administration services to the organization.
- Handle employee relations, including counseling, exit interviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversight of the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Assist in benefits administration, leave/benefits administration, payroll processing, CPF, Levy, income tax (IRAS), and other related tasks.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG/F&B/Retail industry.
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labour law, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in payroll processing, CPF, Levy, income tax (IRAS), leave/benefits administration, recruitment support or training coordination is an added advantage.
- Onboarding of new hires, application, renewal and cancellation of work passes, creating and updating HR policies, overseeing employee termination process, counseling employees, conducting exit interviews, maintaining and recording employee attendance.
