
Growth Oriented Business Developer

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth initiatives and lead them from lead phase through close. Key responsibilities include working closely with leadership, design and engineering teams to manage the response to large strategic RFPs and proactive opportunities.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and technology platform providers.
- Drive day-to-day pipeline operations, ensuring CRM is up to date, triaging and managing inbound leads.
- Help define and manage new business processes.
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively pursue new client opportunities.
- Manage and qualify inbound requests.
- Handle approaches, follow-ups and tracking of new business leads.
- Participate in cred/pitch meetings.
- Complete RFPs and RFIs.
- Coordinate internal pitch processes and help keep the executive team informed of the business development pipeline and status.
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in a digital agency environment in business development, client services or strategy function.
- Detailed understanding of the business development process, tools and deliverables.
- Proven ability to manage senior relationships with prospective clients and partners from first meeting through deal completion.
- Proven ability to present and communicate clearly to perspectives, internal teams and existing clients.
