We are a boutique recruitment firm experiencing rapid growth. As we scale our business, we seek a Business Development Consultant (Recruitment) to support us through the next phase of our growth and development roadmap.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing connections and new sources of business and relationship management with existing accounts.

Networking and building relationships with business partners and job seekers is also essential.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base is a key objective.

Managing key accounts to ensure delivery standards and fulfillment levels is crucial.

Business partnering with internal stakeholders to improve current processes and implement new procedures is also required.

Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth is necessary.

Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients is a key aspect of this role.

Developing strategies for brand promotion and lead generation is also required.

Other ad-hoc duties may apply.


Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Management

At least 1 year of Sales / Business Development experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

The ideal candidate must be motivated to stay ahead by keeping up with the latest technological advancements and market trends
