Sales & Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in the South East Asia region and Bangladesh.

  • Drive sales growth by expanding existing customer base and acquiring new customers for Drive & Automation products.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, provide technical recommendations, and propose business opportunities.
  • Prepare tender bids, issue quotations, and follow up on tender awards to ensure successful sales closure.
  • Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to deliver timely solutions that meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, sales progress, and report to the Sales Manager.
  • Prioritize marketing activities such as seminars and exhibitions to promote products.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.
  • Candidates with technical knowledge of Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives are preferred.
  • Stay abreast of industrial market trends and be adaptable to changes.
  • Motivated, dynamic, self-driven, and a team player with strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
