Service Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Revenue Growth Specialist to lead the charge in identifying and securing new sales opportunities within our existing customer base.

  • This role is responsible for driving service revenue growth by leveraging technical expertise and market knowledge to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

About This Role

This position requires a strong understanding of Medium and Low Voltage Switchgears and the relevant Singapore market, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience in engineering or switchgear manufacturing, with a focus on technical or service roles.
  • A Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required, along with commercial knowledge and a solid understanding of contracts.

Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Drive Service Revenue Growth: Lead the charge in identifying and securing new sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Coordinate Service and Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for external service vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through proactive communication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Technical Background: Strong understanding of Medium and Low Voltage Switchgears and the relevant Singapore market.
  • Proven Industry Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in engineering or switchgear manufacturing, with a focus on technical or service roles.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Very good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for both customer and vendor management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercial knowledge and a solid understanding of contracts.
