Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Airport Revenue Manager. This exciting opportunity involves contributing to the growth of a major airport and developing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing airport revenue streams, including aircraft landing, parking, and aerobridge fees, passenger service charges, car parking, utilities, and airport service charges. You will also conduct short- and long-term forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting to support management planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgeting and tracking of non-aeronautical revenues
  • Analyze sales and revenue performance of retail businesses
  • Conduct simulations on forecast revenues and benchmark performance against key airports
  • Develop pricing proposals for airport charges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in budgeting or revenue management
  • Proficient in financial modelling and scenario analysis using Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated team player with sharp analytical and interpersonal skills
