
Growth Oriented Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead our business expansion efforts. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective sales strategy that drives sustainable financial growth through increased sales and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive growth plan focused on both revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to promote our products/services and address their objectives.
- Promote our offerings by addressing or predicting client needs.
- Negotiate and prepare sales contracts in compliance with established laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer support and after-sales services.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Train and develop junior team members into skilled sales professionals.
- Establish clear goals for the development team and ensure they are met.
- Deliver training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills.
- Foster innovation by identifying and developing new markets and improving sales strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- A proven track record of success in sales.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Availability to work during regular hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
