Key Business Development Role

Durkee Asia Pacific is a leading company in the high-tech industry, specializing in elastomeric thermal insulation and customized flexible air ducting systems for HVAC/R applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies through distributors, resellers, and solution partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Maximize market share for integrated insulation solutions in assigned territories with focused commercial and industrial HVAC applications.
  • Influence project specifications and build relationships with key stakeholders to introduce and promote products.
  • Communicate technical information effectively and develop awareness of industry trends through analysis.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of competitors' products, services, and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate technical requirements into product specifications and ensure projects meet regulatory and client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in M&E Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in HVAC systems, insulation materials, and ducting systems is advantageous.
  • Techincal sales and channel/distributor management experience within the industry is ideal.
  • Proven success in growing sales through channel partners and direct customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and project tracking tools.
