We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Program Manager. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive growth and revenue in the industrial automation space.

**Key Accountabilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging automation technologies to provide innovative solutions.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in automation, robotics, IIoT, or industrial solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.
