Job Description
The Sales and Program Manager for Industrial Solutions will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding market share through strategic sales and project management efforts. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key industry players, handling RFQs, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations, and collaborating with engineering and project teams to deliver automation solutions aligned with customer needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the candidate will need a degree or diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or a relevant field, 3+ years of sales experience in automation, robotics, IIoT, or industrial solutions, strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Additionally, the ability to travel regionally as required is essential.
