The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business leader to join our Singapore Business Unit and drive strategic growth initiatives. As a Strategic Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the Asia Pacific region. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive sales growth.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Your expertise and guidance will help shape the future of our business in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Asean or GCN markets, with a proven track record of driving deals and industry partnerships.
  • Demonstrated account management experience working with large corporates in the region.
  • Deep knowledge of complexities of mega deals and ability to manage/drive multiple deals involving multiple solution towers over $50M in Total Contract Value (TCV).
  • Proven track record to handle intricacies of large deals from pricing models to solutioning to closing the deal.
  • Ability to navigate a large organization, work in a multi-dimensional matrix, and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence.
