Senior Institutional Business Development Professional

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive institutional sales opportunities in the ASEAN region. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of local crypto regulations and proven track record of developing and managing partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and driving sales opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and articulating client feedback to senior management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a focus on institutional clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
