Singapore Institutional Catering Services Full time

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Our Institutional Catering Division prepares more than 44,000 meals daily and provides more than 16 million meals annually to various commercial and governmental organisations.

Our service also includes onsite kitchen management for various business sectors.

DESIGNATION : Lead, Plans & Projects - Institutional Catering

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budget for institutional catering operations
- Monitor and track food costs and manpower costs
- Assist in the development and operationalisation of projects in support of customer requirements.
- Attend Steering committee and working committee meetings.
- Continue to be link with the customer on contractual matters
- Drive adhoc tenders for institutional catering when required
- Collaborate and coordinate with external stakeholders when needed
- Strong leadership with excellence interpersonal and communication skills to motivate staff and partner different internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisation goals
- Strengthen workforce discipline, foster collaboration, drive productivity to enhance experience standards, and drive the development of a robust and cost-efficient maintenance & operations model

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 12 years of experience with 5 - 8 years in leadership capacity, preferably in an operations F & B environment (Institutional Catering will be an advantage)
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and preferably with hands-on experience to guide and nurture a multi-disciplinary staff to work as a team
- Strong team player with effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Able to travel for overseas project when required
- To represent the organisation at official and social events
- Proficient with Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint. Good knowledge with SAP system will be an advantage.
