**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Brenntag is seeking an experienced Regional GKA Planning Lead to be based in Singapore and will report into the Director, S&OP and GKA Supply Chain Asia Pacific.

Looking for leaders that continuously demonstrate the ability to successfully manage the strategic and detailed Planning process for Regional GKAs and integrates into the overall Regional S&OP processes of Brenntag APAC. Support business counterparts at levels ranging from analyst to executive, you will be comfortable steering an End-to-End (E2E) Planning process in close collaboration with Procurement, Customer Service and GKA partners in APAC.

**Responsibilities**

The Regional GKA Planning Lead will be responsible to connect with GKA Customers teams in all APAC countries to gather and consolidate their demand and moderate against respective Local KAM forecast inputs, to arrive at the final demand to be transferred to Supply Planning. You will be responsible to provide thought leadership in deploying the E2E Planning process and collaborate well with Country Supply Chain teams in delivering the requirements of GKAs.
- Drive SC Planning according to S&OP process framework, ensure good engagement with all stakeholders.
- Drive E2E Supply Chain business processes which include Demand Planning, Forecasting and Review, Materials
- Requirement Planning (MRP), Supply Planning and Review, Master Scheduling, and Inventory Management.
- Gather and consolidate the demands directly from regional GKA, review forecast inputs from respective LKAM and derive the consensus finalized demand which will be transferred to Supply Planning.
- Review demand against the Sales Orders take up rate and inventory position, from data in systems or various functional counterparts.
- Participate in Regional S&OP Meetings, ensuring that demand/supply gaps for GKAs are properly escalated for risk mitigation and ensure that supply is fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Key participant in regular meetings with GKA to review demand against their orders and inventory status and highlight all the gaps to drive consensus for mitigating and corrective actions.
- Report, analyze, track KPIs performance and prepare monthly regional reports and updates.
- Working as the key linkage to make sure that tools are aligned to processes and support S&OP maturity to enable GKA business success.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent degree) and over 10 years of work experience in demand planning, raw material planning, production planning and regional planning.
- Experience in handling Key Account Supply Chain, with experience in leading successful demand planning and demand review meetings with GKA.
- Excellent organizational, communications, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in spoken and written English, skill in SAP, MS Excel, and presentations.
- Proactive and can handle task independently, good sense of urgency.
- Creative to find solutions, be flexible for options. Able to identify and analyse opportunities for improving financial drivers throughout supply chain.
- Ability to lead/manage/influent within the matrix organization, i.e., strong leadership.
