**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the GKA BCO Sales Lead to oversee the activities of GKA BCO's account management vide global network of GAMs, RAMs & C-KAMs, S-KAMs
- Maintain close relationships with the key influencers and decision makers at GKA BCO in addition to their direct report
- Assist in formulating, measuring and tracking implementation of GKA BCO sales strategy and performance including GKA program governance, Sales Process SOPs and KPIs in alignment with 'ONE Force'.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous evaluation of GKA BCO performance vs. target and take timely follow up actions with GAMs, C-KAMs and S-KAMs to address any gaps in performance for improvement by push and pull efforts.
- Work with GAMs, RAMs, C-KAMs & S-KAMs to facilitate and coordinate GKA BCO annual business planning/targets, etc (including Eagle Planning)
- Coordinate with GAMs, C-KAMs and S-KAMs to promote GKA BCO adoption of ONE e-Commerce and digitalization products for global service optimisation
- Develop Data Driven insights for GKA BCO and suggest value-add proposals, in alignment with Trade Management and Strategic Yield Management objectives
- Provide support to manage overall GKA BCO Customer Satisfaction in conjunction with Global Customer Service Management team
- Ensure alignment and execution of Strategic and Tactical Sales initiatives in GKA BCO segment
- Coach and develop GAMs, RAMs, C-KAMs and S-KAMs
- Prepare regular GKA BCO performance and Market intelligence report for management’s reference

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- At least 7 - 8 years of Sales, Marketing or equivalent experience, preferably at the Regional or Global level in container shipping with proven ability in sales management and strategic business development in a multi-cultural environment
- Frontline sales and leadership experience (eg: Sales Manager, GAM, C/KAM, etc)
- Good communication and collaboration skills with professional and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to communicate, present and influence counterpart level of the organization
- Business driver with proven records in delivering results through team management
- Fluency in a multiple languages highly required
- Familiarity with regional operating context and experience in collaborating with regional management teams
- Proven ability to successfully strategize, implement, execute and achieve targets
- Ability to work well with all key internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and good working knowledge of One Force Sales Cloud
