Today, the Asia Pacific region accounts for more than 17% of Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech global revenue at more than $4.8 billion. We currently have opportunities in each of the different franchises - Ethicon, DePuy Synthes (DPS) and Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS), to enable the double-digit growth aspiration across the region. As an integral part of J&J Supply Chain organization which aspires to be BEST IN CLASS by sustaining and continuously improving maturity (Gartner Scale) to meet CREDO responsibilities, the Regional Plan Lead is responsible for the overall planning processes for a specific platform or business unit under each of the Medical Device’s franchises for the Asia Pacific region.

This role is the primary liaison with Global Plan, Regional Commercial and markets of each platform to drive and deliver on the customer service objectives, improve Supply Chain efficiency & agility metrics and enable the delivery of business targets. This individual will lead the Regional Planning Team with primary responsibilities on the following areas;
**Customer Focus**
- Drive Integrated Business Planning processes, maturity and orchestrate end-to-end optimized decision for regional business
- Initiate actions/programs to drive significant improvement of service KPIs & agilities (e.g. direct-ship, Inventory entitlement model, etc.), be accountable on the regional execution through strong collaboration with Global, markets and functional partners
- Partner across Local/Regional/Global stakeholders to execute Regional Franchise IBP according to Global blueprint. Drive balancing demand vs. supply decisions + eventual product allocations.
- Align Regional Consensus Demand Forecast for Operational and Strategic Planning for Global Manufacturing Capacity Planning with right E2E Network / Inventory
- Liaise with Global, Market & Commercial partners to drive resolution of major supply issues for the specific platform
- Collaborate with Project Managers on NPD and Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities and shared accountability to ensure launch excellence
- Lead & Manage the regional execution of platform specific Global & Market Transformational Program

**Excellence in Execution**
- Drive changes and new ways of E2E Value Chain thinking, introducing and leveraging best practices, learning models and process excellence principles, all in the pursuit of planning & service excellence
- Interface & manage the escalation point between Regional Franchise Supply Chain, Finance and the specific platform Global Plan & Commercial Partners
- Ability to manage resources & processes in VUCA scenarios

**Team & Talent Development**
- Coach and guide teams / individuals to continuously build professional skills (e.g. to mine data from appropriate systems and carry out complex analysis for business requests) and leadership capabilities
- Lead career development planning for the specific platform’s Regional Planning Team

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business or Supply chain disciplines required.
- MBA (Specialization in Supply Chain & Operations Management) or Graduate degree in Science, Business, Engineering is strongly preferred.
- Black Belt LEAN/Six-sigma Certification, APICS Certification will be a plus
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a complex Supply Chain environment, including 5 or more years of people/team management experience
- Tracked record in at least 2 of the functional areas: Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality.
