**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Job Summary**:
To be the main point of contact from Order-to
- Cash for Tail spend across APAC. Work with local country SC to ensure OTIF deliveries to GKA.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring high level of Customer experience throughout the entire Customer Journey.
- Ensure all tasks are to meet the needs of customers order requirement. Adhere to company procedures in Order-to-Cash process. Includes, ensuring accurate, efficient and timely of products to customers with constant feedback towards greater customer centricity.
- Work closely with GKA Planning Lead, GKA Procurement Lead and Local Supply Chain to follow up on open orders & open issues
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies & drive new process improvement with higher efficiency and uniformity across the teams to ensure consistency and minimize variances.
- Build good cross functional working relationship with internal stakeholders
- Pro-actively troubleshooting various customer service issues
- Maintain and always share on customer service best practices
- Assist HOD when assigned

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Job Requirement / Specification**:
Education : Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience : 10-15 years of work experience and good knowledge in distribution and chemical industry will be an advantage.

**Others**:

- Knowledge of SAP SD Module a must.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of customer order to cash process. Experience with GKA would be added advantage
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated.
- Must have a “best practice” customer service attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively problem solve, be collaborative and follow through on allocated tasks to successful completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail.
