  • Compensation and Benefits Strategy
    • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
    • Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation and benefits packages
    • Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track compensation and benefits metrics
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform compensation and benefits decisions
  • HR Systems and Processes
    • Manage the implementation of HR systems and processes to support compensation and benefits functions
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
  • Employee Engagement and Communication
    • Develop and implement employee engagement and communication strategies to promote compensation and benefits programs
    • Provide training and support to employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on analytics and strategy
    • Experience with HRIS systems and processes
  • Skills
    • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications, with experience in data analysis and reporting
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
