Our client is a global investment firm with a diverse portfolio of companies. The Human Resources team is seeking a Rewards Assistant Manager to support the design and implementation of compensation strategies, including executive compensation, while ensuring competitive and compliant rewards programs across the firm's portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Rewards, this is an exciting role to be involved in the development and execution of compensation strategies, including executive compensation, salary structures, and bonus plans. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to design competitive and compliant rewards frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals. Additionally, this role offers exposure to portfolio companies across various industries and stages of growth. Responsibilities include conducting market benchmarking, managing rewards policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations across regions.

Requirements:

You are degreed qualified with over 5 years of rewards experience, preferably within financial services or consulting, and a strong background in executive compensation design. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to work with external datasets from providers like Mercer and Aon. Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and excellent communication skills are required to effectively present recommendations to senior management. You are a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and looking for exposure to diverse industries.
