Job Overview

Careers@Gov is seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rewards Policy and Governance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of rewards-related policies, ensuring adherence to standards and proactive review and/or update operational risk management plans at the division and department level.
  • Development, implementation, and governance of rewards policies, fostering alignment across divisions awarding Healthpoints for their programs.
  • Operationalization of the policy framework across various applications, facilitating the escalation of new policy proposals to management approval platforms.
Rewards Governance
  • Leadership in supporting the governance process, responding to queries from internal or external auditors, and addressing process or audit gaps.
  • Prioritization of periodic reviews of Healthpoints and related rewards operations support policy, collaboration with Finance on budgeting and finance liability processes.
  • Establishment of robust processes to identify and address reporting and reconciliation inconsistencies between systems.
Risk Management and Operations
  • Strategic approach to identifying and mitigating operational risks at both division and department levels, close collaboration with other department Risk Management Representatives.
  • Development of operational risk management plans for the Rewards team, including maintaining or updating department-level business continuity plans.
  • Timely submission of monthly Key Risk Indicators to RMOE.
About You

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in rewards or loyalty programme policy development, governance or audit management, operations management, insights-driven data analysis, project management (preferably in a tech environment).

You should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, system design, or other related discipline.
  • Comfortable in engaging tech stakeholders (including 3rd party vendors).
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organisation and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills coupled with strong influencing skills, proficient in MS Office suite of apps.
