As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping comprehensive policies, standards, processes, roles, and responsibilities for the effective deployment of monetary and non-monetary rewards within HPB to drive positive behavioral outcomes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rewards-related policies, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Healthier SG R1 incentive ($20 worth of Healthpoints) disbursement process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks at both division and department levels.
  • Provide strategic oversight as the business process owner to ensure the timely disbursement of Healthpoints (HP) to all eligible residents via the H365 app.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, system design, or other related discipline.
  • Comfortable in engaging tech stakeholders (including 3rd party vendors).
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organisation and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills coupled with strong influencing skills, proficient in MS Office suite of apps.
Salary: SGD $120,000 - SGD $150,000 per annum
