Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rewards Product Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Rewards Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative rewards products that drive behavioral change and promote healthier lifestyles.
Your primary focus will be on driving the development of the Rewards EPIC product, incorporating human-centric design elements and project management initiatives to ensure timely and successful delivery.
You will also lead the engagement with internal stakeholders and external partners to explore business solutions and integration options that leverage Healthpoint system or rewards platform capabilities.
Furthermore, you will oversee the operational effectiveness of the Rewards Management System (RMS) and ensure its scalability to support growing traffic requirements.
Additionally, you will provide leadership in front of business or tech integration collaborations with 3rd party partners' systems for specific use-cases.
You will work closely with internal tech teams and system vendors to facilitate seamless data exchange, periodic review of system updates, and address identified audit gaps.
