We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Rewards Innovation Lead to join our team at Careeers@Gov.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of innovative rewards programs and platforms that drive sustained engagements with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership in driving the Rewards EPIC product development by incorporating human-centric design elements and implementing projects aligned with the Rewards strategic roadmap.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and public agencies to explore business or integration solutioning options that enable them to leverage on Healthpoint system or rewards platform.
  • Leading platform design discussions to enhance the capability of the rewards platform to manage and award non-monetary rewards.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience in rewards or loyalty program environment, product or program design/development, operations management, insights-driven data analytics, project management (preferably in a tech environment).
  • Good understanding or knowledge of related CRM/IT systems and comfortable engaging tech stakeholders (including 3rd party vendors).
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organisation and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic, analytical, and critical thinking mind-set; resourceful in seeking solutions and able to streamline processes able and produce desired outcomes.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills coupled with strong influencing skills, proficient in MS Office suite of apps.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is around SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
