The role of (Global) Total Rewards Manager will be reporting to the Global Director of Total Rewards for the Vision Care division. The main responsibility of this position will be to conduct rewards data analysis, market benchmarking, salary planning process, and lead the Annual Compensation cycle (i.e., salary review process, STI process, LTI nomination and administration processes), including process improvement and automation. In addition, this role will play an important part in the Global Total Rewards transformation projects, program, and policy creation. It will be involved in coordination and implementation of the transformation projects to the assigned countries with the rest of the team members. To be successful in this role, you will need to closely partner and interface with various internal stakeholders such as country, regional, and global HR and finance networks, and business managers—ensuring that guidelines are understood, processes are followed, and proper governance is observed in the execution. In this capacity, you will also be a core member or play a significant role in HR projects on change management, organizational planning, company culture and values, HRIS implementation, organizational capability and competency development, standardization and harmonization of HR policies and practices, HR reporting, and other topics as assigned from time to time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
