Key responsibilities Collaborate with global total rewards team to align on compensation and benefits activities with broader business goals, providing strategic support that drives organizational success. Consolidate data, analyse market trends, and recommend compensation and benefits programs for assigned locations, including participating in salary and benefits surveys to define benchmarks, job evaluations, total reward statements, job architecture and career framework. Responsible for the development and benchmarking of compensation and benefits package in line with local market conditions, business goals, strategy and global philosophy. Keep abreast with latest trend and best practices in the markets that we operate in. Conduct promotion forecasting and salary increase programs. Ensure that compensation and benefits practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations. Administer the region’s health & welfare programs. Monitor internal and external trends to recommend refinement to the benefits strategy for review. Manage and evaluate day-to-day and medium-term performance of benefits program vendors. Respond to benefits program participant issues, claims, and appeals. Support HR leadership in payroll budgeting and workforce planning. Manage mobility matters on relocation / repatriation. Act as the human resource business partner for the smaller area sales offices. Coordinate and verify payroll for assigned locations. This includes provision of HR information relating to these companies for internal and external reporting. Qualifications Degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field. Working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for at least 10 years. Familiarity and hands-on experience with compensation and benefits in the Asia Pacific region – Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, China, Australia and Japan. Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices. Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
