We are seeking a visionary Lead Product Manager to spearhead our Merchant Growth & Insights division, driving innovation and growth through the strategic application of predictive analytics and machine learning.
The Role
This role requires a seasoned product manager with a strong background in analytics, predictive modeling, and growth initiatives. You will lead the development of overarching strategies to bolster merchant success, championing the integration of advanced technologies to automate and refine customer interaction and support mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to assimilate merchant insights, shaping the evolution of predictive tools and customization features.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring that initiatives are both transformational and grounded in real-world merchant requirements.
- Define and monitor critical metrics that reflect the accuracy and impact of implemented strategies on merchant growth and platform performance.
- Spearhead initiatives to harness predictive analytics, contributing to the enhancement of operational and marketing efficiencies.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of product management experience, with a strong background in analytics, predictive modeling, and growth initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning solutions in a commercial environment.
- Adept at engaging with technical teams and leveraging technologies such as LLMs for practical business applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
