Redefine Merchant Growth with Grab

The Singapore Operations team at Grab is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the growth of Grab's Merchant Centre in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through strong business relationships with long-tail merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of SMB Merchants to establish a business development strategy for long-tail merchants
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan to chart the direction for Grab's long-tail merchant strategy, including ideating new programs and initiatives
  • Drive growth in key accounts as measured by Grab Marketing Services, Ads, and GMV
  • Manage end-to-end deals, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnerships
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners that align with our go-to-market strategy
  • Conduct in-depth merchant analyses to inform pitches and business reviews
  • Implement operational excellence by working closely with merchants and operations teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role
  • Team management experience a plus
  • Familiarity with the F&B industry an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin proficiency a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to identify and address customer needs
  • Capacity to integrate business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to drive complex deals
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Competitive mindset and team player
  • Highly organized and effective communicator
