Strategic Growth Leader for Grab Merchant Centre

Redefine Merchant Growth with Grab
The Singapore Operations team at Grab is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the growth of Grab's Merchant Centre in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through strong business relationships with long-tail merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of SMB Merchants to establish a business development strategy for long-tail merchants
- Develop a comprehensive business plan to chart the direction for Grab's long-tail merchant strategy, including ideating new programs and initiatives
- Drive growth in key accounts as measured by Grab Marketing Services, Ads, and GMV
- Manage end-to-end deals, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnerships
- Foster strong relationships with key partners that align with our go-to-market strategy
- Conduct in-depth merchant analyses to inform pitches and business reviews
- Implement operational excellence by working closely with merchants and operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role
- Team management experience a plus
- Familiarity with the F&B industry an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin proficiency a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to identify and address customer needs
- Capacity to integrate business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to drive complex deals
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Competitive mindset and team player
- Highly organized and effective communicator
