Job DescriptionOverviewThis role plays a crucial part in acquiring and growing Grab's merchant network, bringing exciting brands, value, and options to customers in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with merchants to pitch and negotiate onboarding onto Grab
- Market and champion Grab's strong value proposition as the leader of choice for merchants
- Develop relationships/partnerships with merchants and manage their performance and contribution to building the Grab merchant network
- Handle day-to-day merchant queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with 4-6 years of experience in business development, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of market trends.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher education in business, economics, or relevant fields
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
- Good business acumen, comfortable with numbers, and able to analyse sales data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
This role offers a competitive salary range of SGD 8,000 - 12,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic company.
