Strategic Merchant Relationship Manager

In this pivotal role as Strategic Merchant Relationship Manager, you will drive revenue targets while crafting and executing opportunity plans for top accounts.
About You:
You excel in cross-functional teams and deliver products and services that exceed customer expectations. Your ability to understand client needs sets you apart as a leader in your field.
Responsibilities:
- Merchant Liaison: Manage day-to-day inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and lead teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Business Reviews: Prepare impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and follow up on action items.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date merchant database and project documentation for business continuity.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with portfolio merchants and become a trusted partner in their success.
- Problem Solving: Serve as the go-to problem solver for partners on matters related to local payments, settlements, payment marketing, and customer success.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred, but experience and results are key.
- A minimum of 7 years in account management, business development, or sales, with a proven track record of end-to-end delivery from lead generation to revenue success.
- A self-starter with keen attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience managing external and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Background in payments, mobile, e-commerce, website development, or digital technologies is advantageous.
