Job Title: Reservations and Guest Experience Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of guest reservations, including processing requests, changes, and cancellations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing reservations, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail.
  • Determining appropriate room types based on guest needs.
  • Verifying availability of rooms and rates.
  • Explaining guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodating and documenting special requests.
  • Providing information about property facilities and services.
  • Following sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Inputting and accessing data in reservation systems.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Protecting company assets and guest privacy.
  • Welcoming guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipating and addressing guest service needs.
  • Assisting individuals with disabilities.
  • Expressing genuine appreciation to guests.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with others.
  • Answering telephones using proper etiquette.
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Supporting team members to achieve common goals.
  • Listening and responding appropriately to employee concerns.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience necessary.
  • No licenses or certifications needed.
