Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Guest Services Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all VIP arrival rooms are thoroughly inspected and amenities are replenished prior to guest arrival.
  • Welcome and bid farewell to all VIP guests with exceptional service.
  • Develop close business relationships with house guests and provide personalized service.
  • Attend to guests' requests and thoroughly investigate complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure effective communication via daily briefings, weekly updates, and monthly brainstorming sessions.
Guest Service Expertise:
  • Provide guests with access to hotel services, forward in-room meal requests, and deliver mail, faxes, and packages promptly.
  • Deal with irate guests and resolve issues to their satisfaction in a professional manner.
  • Serve as concierges, assisting guests with ground transportation, restaurant or entertainment reservations, and providing information about the locale.
Requirements:
  • Singaporean or PR status is required for this position.
  • The successful candidate must be willing to work weekends and public holidays.
