Chief Service Ambassador

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Tanjong Beach Club. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work well under pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in all situations.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders accurately and efficiently, providing clear menu descriptions and recommendations, and upselling products to enhance the overall dining experience.

You will also be expected to deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner, and proactively identify opportunities to delight our guests and ensure their satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:
