Job Role

The Customer Service Ambassador is an essential member of our hospitality team. We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can deliver exceptional guest experiences at 67 Pall Mall. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with guests via phone, email, or in person.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Customer Service Ambassador will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by greeting and welcoming guests, guiding them to their desired destination, and providing top-notch customer service.
  • They will maintain a thorough understanding of the booking system to confidently make reservations for members.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests through polite and friendly interactions, setting the tone for an enjoyable experience.
  • Ensure that guests have everything needed by showing them to their table once it is ready, seating them, and liaising between diners and staff to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Draft booking schedule sheets and complete daily reports to support team performance.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, honesty, and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Prior experience working with the public, particularly in customer-facing roles, is beneficial.
  • A polite and helpful manner, honesty, and trustworthiness are necessary traits for success in this position.
  • Ability to work well alone and in a team, as well as handle busy times calmly and professionally.
