Job Title: Dedicated Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Guest Service Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to provide courteous services to all hotel guests in a timely manner, addressing complaints and requests with responsiveness and tact.
  • Stay informed about the hotel's facilities, functions, and tourist-related information to ensure that our services meet the needs of our guests.
  • Maintain effective communication with hotel personnel while ensuring a professional and courteous working relationship.
  • Diligently and professionally complete additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Key Requirements:

  • O Levels or equivalent qualification is required.
  • The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays is essential.
  • A positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communications skills is necessary.
  • Those without experience are welcome to apply.
